Solid, site-finished hardwood is our favorite. Engineered hardwood and prefinished hardwood are other hardwood flooring options.

Luxury vinyl planks (LVP) is an excellent option for areas in your home that are likely to get wet, i.e., bathrooms, laundry rooms, and some basements.

Wood Floor Refinishing

Refinishing hardwood floors is the solution for deep scratches, stains, or floors with an undesirable color. The refinishing process will completely remove the previous finish and a small layer of wood, exposing the natural hardwood and leaving you with a blank slate to add your desired stain color and finish. Depending on the project size, the process can take two to four days to complete.

Our Advice

Always consider refinishing your hardwood floors before tearing them out and putting in a new product.

If you don’t like the color of your existing hardwood floor, a refinish will allow you to change the color and modernize your floors.

Buff & Coat

A buff and coat, AKA screen and re-coat, is perfect for a floor that needs freshening up and a new, protective coating. The buff and coat process uses a buffer with a sanding screen to lightly sand the floor. This process will remove minor surface scratches and scuffs. It can also bring life back to high-traffic areas that have become discolored over time. This wood floor refinishing option is completed in one day and costs significantly less than a full refinish.

Get your floors buff & coated every three to five years.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Heavy traffic and the build-up of dirt and residue can leave wood floors looking dull, tired, and lackluster. We use a uniquely effective deep-cleaning machine to restore wood floors to their natural beauty. Our method works deep down, leaving surfaces refreshed and so clean they are ready for a new layer of protection.
