New Glow Flooring is a small, hardwood flooring business based out of the western suburbs of Minneapolis. We are so small, in fact, that the person who comes to do your in-home estimate will also be the person working in your home. Running a small operation ensures we continue to live up to New Glow Flooring’s values - of craftsmanship, excellent communication, and quality.
Justin started New Glow Flooring with his Dad, a lifetime contractor, over a decade ago. Working alongside his talented father, Justin acquired the skills to become a skilled craftsman. Justin KNOWS hardwood floors and is passionate about them. When Justin is not restoring hardwood floors, he likes to mountain bike, telemark ski and talk about hardwood floors. #obsessed
Dylan has been in the flooring industry for six years. He brings some wicked install skills to New Glow. He is a hardworking flooring artiste - if we do say so ourselves. His attention to detail and friendly spirit makes him fun to work with, and customers love him too. Also, he named his dog “Carrot,” which is just cool.
Marissa is a behind-the-scenes force at New Glow. She is a creative but numbers-focused person. This unique skillset allows her to manage the books AND design our website. She understands New Glow’s commitment to excellent communication and helps support this effort from her desk - usually with a warm cup of chai in hand.
