Full refinishing involves sanding down to bare wood and applying new stain and finish — ideal for floors with deep scratches, worn finish, or outdated color. A buff-and-coat lightly scuffs the existing finish and adds a fresh topcoat, which refreshes the look and extends the floor's life without the cost of a full refinish. Justin can tell you which your floors actually need.

Red oak and white oak are the most common species across the western suburbs. Justin also works with maple, ash, pine, and prefinished engineered floors depending on condition.
