How do I get started?

Fill out the quick quote form on this website. Justin will follow up by email, then schedule an in-home estimate at no charge. From there, you'll get a clear, honest quote — no surprises.

What's the difference between refinishing and a buff-and-coat?

Full refinishing involves sanding down to bare wood and applying new stain and finish — ideal for floors with deep scratches, worn finish, or outdated color. A buff-and-coat lightly scuffs the existing finish and adds a fresh topcoat, which refreshes the look and extends the floor's life without the cost of a full refinish. Justin can tell you which your floors actually need.

What types of hardwood floors do you refinish in the West Metro?

Red oak and white oak are the most common species across the western suburbs. Justin also works with maple, ash, pine, and prefinished engineered floors depending on condition. Homes built from the 1940s through the early 2000s are common throughout the service area — he's seen just about everything.

Who will actually do the work in my home?

Justin — the owner. He's the person who answers your call, comes out for the estimate, and refinishes your floors. There are no subcontractors, no rotating crews. You know exactly who to expect.

Do you serve my city?

New Glow Flooring serves 28 communities across the West Metro, from Maple Grove and Plymouth to Wayzata, Orono, Excelsior, and Edina. If your city is listed above, Justin serves your area. Not sure? Reach out — he's happy to confirm.
